Caleb CrouseyDirector - Business Development

Caleb draws on nearly 10 years of experience with The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County. Initially as Chief Operating Officer, he was responsible for investment oversight and management, budgeting and accounting. The merger with The Pittsburgh Foundation allowed Caleb to serve individuals and business owners, creating charitable giving solutions to fulfill their philanthropic goals both through estate planning and current gifting strategies. In addition, he managed CFWC's Education Improvement Tax Credit Program and served as a resource for businesses, connecting them with approved programs throughout Westmoreland County. Prior to his work in community philanthropy, he was a financial advisor with A.G. Edwards (now Wells Fargo Investments), where he received accreditation through the College for Financial Planning.

As a leader in community-based philanthropy, nonprofit management, planned giving and investments, Caleb deeply understands the value of aligning planning with purpose. Caleb's passion for identifying what an individual or family most values, positions him as a trusted resource and partner for individuals, CPA's, Attorneys and business owners.

Caleb will support Regina in all client engagement with concierge level service as well as seek to enhance her relationships with the business owner community and their other advisors. His strong relationships with the professional community will serve to enhance the collaborative efforts serve clients at an even higher level.

Caleb currently serves as a trustee of the Westmoreland Bar Foundation and is a recent graduate of Leadership Westmoreland through the Westmoreland Chamber of Business and Industry.

He is a lifelong resident of Westmoreland County, a graduate of Derry Area High School and earned a B.A. in political science from Messiah College, in Grantham, Pennsylvania.

Caleb and Melissa, his wife of 14 years, and their 2 sons, Kaden and Preston, reside in Salem Township.
